Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall performance of the Engineering & Design Department.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work assignments to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineering and design team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

• Manage and coordinate the entire design process from tender stage through project completion.
• Ensure designs comply with client requirements, project specifications, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost, quality, and efficiency.

• Resolve technical and design-related issues with clients, consultants, authorities, project teams, and production departments.
• Provide technical support during tender submissions and project execution.
• Identify and highlight variation orders, omissions, and potential design risks to the Contract Department.

• Ensure high-quality drawing submissions and compliance with project schedules.
• Monitor engineering deliverables to align with overall project timelines.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and standardization in precast design and manufacturing practices.
• Support digitalization and innovation efforts to improve departmental efficiency and project delivery.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in precast, structural, or construction engineering.
• Proven experience leading engineering and design teams.
• Strong understanding of precast design, construction methodology, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
