Field Service Engineer

Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Central (walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of water analyzers on-site and in-house.
Repair and calibrate water analyzer equipment as required.
Prepare and manage service-related documentation (quotations, service reports, calibration certificates).
Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
Manage and track service spare parts, tools, and inventory.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service activities.
Support Sales and Marketing teams with equipment trials, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
Maintain professional customer relationships and deliver high service standards

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service Engineering support
