Marketing Coordinator / Assistant (Contract to Perm)

Role Overview

This is a role designed for someone who wants real agency and a seat at the table from day one. Our goal is to find a future full-time team member who demonstrates exceptional hunger, accountability, and the ability to turn strategy into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Marketing Executive to roll out seasonal product launches and brand events, ensuring every SOP is followed with total precision.
• Content & Social Media: Manage the monthly content calendar. This includes drafting copy and producing/coordinating visual assets (photography and short-form video for TikTok/Reels) that align with our brand’s clarity and presence.
• Operational Excellence: Support on-ground activations such as exhibitions or retail pop-ups. This involves hands-on event setup and occasional weekend/evening support to ensure seamless service and consistent brand standards.
• Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, managing community inquiries and fostering loyalty through proactive, empathetic communication.

• A "Super Hungry" Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you look for problems to solve and ways to add value.
• Clarity & Presence: You communicate with confidence and can distill complex ideas into clear, actionable points.
• Operational Discipline: You have a high "Say-to-Do" ratio. If you say it will be done, it gets done to a high standard.
• Empathy & Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment and understand that our success is built on mutual respect and collective effort.

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
• Proficiency in basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) is highly preferred.
• Interest in specialty tea or the luxury/lifestyle F&B industry is a major bonus.
