HSE Executive (Oil & Gas | Chemical | Process Safety)
- Location : Penjuru Terminal
- Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 Basic + 16 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus (3-5months) + Group Insurance + Flexible Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the terminal’s WSHO, FSM, and PFSO, including supervision of security operations
- Ensure compliance with SHE, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Manage SHE permits, licenses, inspections, and risk assessments
- Coordinate WSH Committee, audits, incident reporting, and performance tracking
- Drive incident analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
- Lead emergency preparedness, drills, and crisis response
- Implement SHE initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture
- Oversee contractor SHE performance and employee training programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ SHE experience in terminal, oil & gas, chemical, or similar regulated industry
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) Level C would be advantage
- Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is a plus
