Welcome and register all incoming guests for their scheduled appointments
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, meeting rooms, main office, and pant
  • Attend incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages
Requirements
  • Nitec or Diploma in with 2 years of receptionist or customer-facing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients from China
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effective
  • Singaporean only
