Job Scope
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Promote and sell a wide range of over 200+ new and used car listings to individual and corporate customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, financing options, and insurance packages.
- Conduct test drives and highlight key features and benefits of various car models.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles in inventory, including specifications, promotions, and pricing.
- Leads provided
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
- Prepare accurate quotations, assist with loan applications, insurance, and trade-in valuations.
- Coordinate delivery processes smoothly and efficiently.
- Update and manage inventory listings across online portals (e.g., sgCarMart, Carousell, Facebook, Instagram etc).
- Provide excellent aftersales support and service follow-ups.
- Report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
