Position : BIM Coordinator (AutoCAD/Revit)

Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models for commercial kitchen equipment.

Coordinate BIM workflows, ensuring integration between different design disciplines.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams.
Generate schedules, quantities, and material take-offs from BIM models.
Maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
Support project managers and engineers with design updates and revisions.
Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
Minimum level 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
