Job Title: Education Sales Consultant (Well-being &

Psychology Education)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Management & Sales Conversion
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and enquiries
  • Conduct consultations (phone, virtual, or in-person) to understand learner goals, motivations, and development needs
  • Recommend suitable programmes based on individual aspirations and career pathways
  • Clearly articulate programme value, outcomes, and progression opportunities
  • Achieve enrolment targets and conversion KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  1. Student Advisory & Learning Pathway Guidance
  • Provide personalised advice on course selection across Diplomas, Postgraduate and Masters pathways
  • Guide learners in aligning programmes with their:
  • Career progression
  • Professional development
  • Personal growth and well-being
  • Address enquiries on programme structure, schedules, fees, and outcomes
  • Build professional, trust-based relationships with prospective students
  1. Collaboration with Marketing Team
  • Provide feedback on learner profiles, motivations, and market response
  • Support webinars, info sessions, and outreach activities
  • Contribute to consistent and accurate representation of TSPP’s programmes and positioning
  • Organise leads generating events
  1. Coordination with Operations & Academic Teams
  • Work closely with Operations on class schedules, availability, and enrolment processing
  • Ensure accurate communication of programme details and updates
  • Liaise with the academic team when clarification is required on curriculum or outcomes
  1. Sales Administration & Reporting
  • Track and manage sales pipeline and performance
  • Ensure proper documentation of enrolments and payments
  • Monitor conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement
  1. Customer Experience & Follow-Up
  • Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to support decision-making
  • Guide students through the enrolment process with clarity and professionalism
  • Handle basic feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly/quarterly enrolment targets
  • Lead-to-enrolment conversion rate
  • Response time to enquiries
  • Customer satisfaction and consultation quality
  • Accuracy of CRM data and reporting

Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • 1–3 years of experience in education sales consulting roles
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consultative sales approach with a learner-first mindset
  • Ability to explain programme value in a clear, structured, and credible manner
  • Results-driven with ability to meet targets
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
Preferred (Optional)
  • Experience in education industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Interest in psychology, well-being, or personal development
