Job Description- Conduct neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD, ASD, and learning difficulties
- Provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and their families
- Assess, formulate, and implement individualised therapy plans
- Deliver individual and family interventions using evidence-based practices
- Provide parenting interventions and support
- Deliver services both face-to-face and online
- Prepare clinical reports where required
- Liaise with other professionals, including psychiatrists, paediatricians, doctors, and schools
- Deliver talks, workshops, and training sessions
- Work collaboratively with schools and external agencies
- Be willing to travel regionally or overseas to conduct assessments where required
- Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience across a variety of treatment modalities
- Experience conducting diagnostic assessments
- Additional specialist therapeutic training (e.g. DBT, parenting programmes/groups)
- Experience working with parents and families
- Experience working with primary school-aged children
- Previous experience in a private practice setting with both local and expatriate populations is desirable, though not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with occasional home visits where necessary
- Experience implementing structured change models
- Commitment to regular supervision and continuing professional development
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility within a fast-paced and growing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital platforms/apps
