What You’ll Be Doing
  • As a Recruitment Consultant in our IT Perm team, you’ll
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, role scope, team structures, and longer-term talent priorities
  • Possess a strong ability to understand complex IT / Technology job descriptions
  • Contribute to the management of requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations across active searches
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for IT professionals, from sourcing and screening through offer management and placement
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to market demand and active roles
  • Use market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring data to guide hiring decisions and improve outcomes
  • Build a wide network with industry professionals through networking

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role — balancing client development and delivery, with a focus on building sustainable revenue streams and long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT permanent recruitment within an agency environment, with a clear track record of hiring for roles based in Singapore and strong familiarity with the local talent market
  • Ability to support client engagements while delivering across multiple roles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across hiring managers and internal teams
  • Commercially driven — motivated by targets, performance metrics, and consistent billing outcomes
  • Organised, resilient, and effective in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable using CRMs, ATS tools, and data to manage pipelines and prioritise work
