Client Due Diligence (CDD) Analysts (1-year contract)

You will be part of a high-performing team within a major consulting, helping ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client due diligence and periodic reviews for retail banking customers
• Perform detailed analysis and assessment of Source of Wealth / Source of Funds information
• Review and assess customer risk profiles in accordance with AML/CFT regulations
• Identify gaps in documentation and escalate potential issues to senior stakeholders
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather missing information and resolve open items
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all CDD work performed
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and internal policy updates

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, CDD, EDD, or KYC reviews within the banking sector
• Strong understanding of MAS AML/CFT guidelines and retail banking products
• Experience in reviewing Source of Wealth documentation preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases with accuracy and efficiency

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with retail banking systems and workflows
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment or on remediation projects
