Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager (SCEM certified) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Manage daily operations: Oversee ACMV, Chiller, HVAC, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections: Proactively identify and address maintenance issues to maintain facility quality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Diagnose problems and coordinate timely solutions with internal teams and external contractors.
- Analyze data: Interpret building management system data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate on projects: Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain facilities in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training: Support and educate facility personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, M&E Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience: At least 3 years in a similar facilities role, preferably in the engineering or Facility Management industry.
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance, and BMS systems, with at least 2 years of experience managing air-conditioning systems.
- Certifications: Must have GMAP, GMAP(FM), and/or SCEM certifications, with involvement in SCEM matters and liaisons with authorities.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to tackle complex issues and collaborate effectively with various FM teams.
- Independent worker: Capable of working autonomously while also thriving in a team environment to achieve objectives.
