About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth and market expansion within our electrification portfolio, focusing on power transformers and busway systems. The role combines strategic account management with new business development, engaging customers early in project stages and ensuring successful opportunity conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute country-level sales strategy for power transformers and busway systems.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new customers and projects while managing key accounts.
  • Engage with utilities, EPCs, consultants, developers, and end-users at early project stages (concept → FEED).
  • Influence technical and commercial specifications to position solutions competitively.
  • Promote integrated electrification solutions, coordinating with engineering and product teams for proposals.
  • Own the sales process end-to-end, including pricing, negotiations, and contract award.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM compliance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify strategic growth opportunities.

  • Infrastructure and transportation projects
  • EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related discipline. .
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in electrification or power systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales and close new business.
  • Experience with power transformers and/or busway systems is strongly preferred.
  • Established relationships with utilities, EPCs, and consultants in Singapore is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
  • Technical understanding of power transformer applications and LV/MV busway systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and tender documents.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and risk awareness.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly accountable with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
