Luxury SALES Assistant

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Luxury Sales Assistant to join our team at SPACELUXURY PTE LTD in the Orchard Central Region. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sale of high-end luxury products.

1. Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
2. Assisting customers with product selection, providing product information and advice
3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintaining a pristine store environment and ensuring all merchandising and display standards are upheld
5. Actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
6. Liaising with the store manager to identify opportunities for improvement

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
3. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
4. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to confidently advise customers
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
6. A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
