Senior Manager/Manager, Artiste Management (Account Management)

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and dynamic Manager / Senior Manager to join our Artiste Management team.

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of artistes and clients — from building meaningful partnerships to driving strategic collaborations and overseeing campaign execution.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the growth and brand positioning, strengthening client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities that enhance both creative and commercial success.

• Oversee the overall career strategy, branding, and market positioning of assigned artistes
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to artistes, ensuring alignment between their creative goals and commercial opportunities
• Build, plan and strategize the RWS Events Calendar
• Develop and maintain relationship management with key clients, agencies, and brand partners to secure strategic collaborations
• Drive negotiations of contracts and commercial terms to ensure fair and mutually beneficial outcomes
• Develop value propositions and cost-benefit models for promoters and artistes to optimize partnerships and maximize commercial impact
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for smooth operational delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in artiste management, account management, or client servicing within the entertainment, media, or agency industry
• Proven track record of managing high-profile clients or artistes, and executing large-scale campaigns

• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of entertainment and digital trends
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with occasional evening or weekend commitments for events
