Position Summary:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving measurable growth across paid digital marketing channels. This role involves supporting paid search strategy and execution, partnering closely with external agencies to optimize campaign performance across multiple regional markets.The position focuses on acquiring qualified traffic, improving customer acquisition and revenue outcomes, and enhancing marketing efficiency through data-driven optimization. Additional responsibilities include contributing to broader paid media initiatives and supporting the exploration of new performance marketing channels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including search, social, display, video, and affiliate platforms.
- Own customer acquisition initiatives and drive full-funnel performance optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI, ROAS, and CPA efficiency.
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Implement ongoing optimizations across bids, targeting, creative, and account structure.
- Paid Search Planning & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across major advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy, extensions, and landing page approaches to improve conversion rates.
- Testing & Audience Strategy:
- Design and execute structured testing initiatives across creative, targeting, landing pages, and bidding models.
- Develop and refine audience segmentation, remarketing, and retargeting strategies to drive performance.
- Measurement, Attribution & Tracking:
- Oversee attribution models to ensure accurate campaign measurement and performance evaluation.
- Ensure tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks are correctly implemented across platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Best Practices:
- Partner with creative, product, analytics, SEO, content, and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, automation solutions, and performance marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and attribution models
- Knowledge of bid strategies, automation, and campaign structuring best practices
- Hands-on experience managing paid media platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on data
- Experience with tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing pixels, etc.)
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
