Front Office Executive Assistant (8 months contract / Kallang )

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration, access cards, incoming calls, and courier handling.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related enquiries and employee support.
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, pantry supplies, and vendor services.
- Assist with meeting room bookings, office administration, and general paperwork.
- Support onboarding arrangements for new employees, including workstation and access setup.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and workplace communications.
- Provide administrative support to the Workplace Team and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Administration, Customer Service, or Office Support roles. Internship can be considered as well
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Monday to Friday, Office Hours
