Our client is a world-renowned international civil main contractor specialising in foundation works, geotechnical and soil technology and has strong civil engineering presence in Singapore. They are seeking for an experienced Purchasing Manager in construction industry.

Job Description:

Manage procurement of materials, rental of heavy equipments and negotiation with suppliers
Manage cost estimates, tender, contracts and price finalizing
Source for required materials and suppliers through various channels and conduct price analysis
Manage the delivery process and inspect the quality and quantity of procured materials in a timely matters
Preparation of progress report to stakeholders
Project administration duties

Requirements:

Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field

Possesses 8 years of procurement experience with LTA projects

Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills

Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
