As a Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide professional guidance on Singapore and international tax matters, particularly in relation to intercompany pricing of goods and services, and advise on the tax impacts of various transactions.
• Support clients in complying with transfer pricing regulations and assist in crafting tax and TP strategies aligned with OECD and Singapore TP guidelines.
• Identify and recommend planning opportunities in accordance with relevant TP frameworks.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews, perform benchmarking studies, and analyze client-specific issues to develop compliant TP documentation.
• Leadership role in regional or global transfer pricing projects.
• Provide support during tax authority queries and audits related to transfer pricing.
• Collaborate with firms across the HLB global network to resolve client matters.
• Evaluate and pursue new business development opportunities.
• Any other duties within the team

• Possess a degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification; SCTP certification is an added advantage.
