About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee/Shift Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused experiences across our F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Uphold company rules, regulations, and compliance with government requirements.
- Handle queries from tenants, customers, and cleaners professionally.
- Conduct routine hygiene, safety, and inventory checks.
- Perform cash audit checks according to the Cash Control Policy.
- Coordinate and assist with food delivery orders and collections.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, display standards, and staff grooming.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for external contractors and suppliers.
- Support process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Gain hands-on experience in F&B operations and management.
- Clear pathway to supervisory and management roles.
- Fast-paced environment with supportive team culture.
