French Cafe Captain/Supervisors [Orchard, Full Time]

Working Hours: 5 days per week, 10am - 10pm with break in between (not more than 44 hours per week)

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to all guests
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations on pastries, desserts, and beverages
• Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistency and grace under pressure
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually impeccable dining environment
• Handle guest feedback with empathy, ownership, and professionalism
• Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness
• Oversee section operations and ensure team alignment during service
• Coach junior team members and uphold service standards
• Assist in managing reservations, guest flow, and floor coordination

• Good communication skills
• Have prior experience in F&B
• Presentable
• For supervisor level: To have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
