User Access Support – (Contract-West) – up to $5K

Job Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented User Access Management Specialist to manage user access rights, permissions, and identity management across our organisation's systems and applications. This role is crucial in maintaining security compliance while ensuring efficient access provisioning for employees.

Scope of Work

Process and manage user access requests, modifications, and terminations

Perform regular access reviews and recertification exercises

Create and maintain user accounts across multiple systems and applications

Monitor and audit user access rights to ensure compliance with security policies

Manage privileged access requests and temporary elevation of rights

Support identity management processes and maintain access matrices

Generate reports on user access status and permissions

Collaborate with HR for joiners, movers, and leavers processes

Assist in troubleshooting access-related issues

Requirements

5+ years of experience in user access management or similar role

Knowledge of identity and access management principles

Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools

Understanding of security compliance requirements

• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) and Excel (merging, macros, etc.)
