Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong drive to exceed sales targets. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving business growth.

You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while building lasting relationships with customers

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Identify and prospect new clients to grow the customer base through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customers' business requirements and provide personalized product/service recommendations.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online marketing efforts.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, follow up on leads, and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, activities, and customer feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional).
