We are looking for an energetic, resourceful and competent individual who possesses the following:
- at least 5 years of business operations and administrative experience supporting sales and services delivery processes in a senior capacity;
- familiar with business operational support and business processes, including drafting and/or enhancing SOPs;
- sales pipeline tracking and reporting;
- quotation preparation;
- invoice billing, AR collection and reporting;
- new client onboarding;
- timely customer follow up and ensuring customer satisfaction
You are expected to be:
- Hardworking, careful and meticulous;
- Diligent with initiative to continuously seek improvement;
- Dedicated and demonstrate pride in work output;
- Familiar with the handling of business documentation;
- Savvy and experience in the use of IT applications and peripherals, especially with cloud based accounting software;
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field;
- Familiarity with accounting services as a business will be an advantage;
