Toa Payoh - Business Operations Executive

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful and competent individual who possesses the following:

• at least 5 years of business operations and administrative experience supporting sales and services delivery processes in a senior capacity;
• familiar with business operational support and business processes, including drafting and/or enhancing SOPs;
• sales pipeline tracking and reporting;
• quotation preparation;
• invoice billing, AR collection and reporting;
• new client onboarding;
• timely customer follow up and ensuring customer satisfaction

You are expected to be:

• Hardworking, careful and meticulous;
• Diligent with initiative to continuously seek improvement;
• Dedicated and demonstrate pride in work output;
• Familiar with the handling of business documentation;
• Savvy and experience in the use of IT applications and peripherals, especially with cloud based accounting software;

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field;
• Familiarity with accounting services as a business will be an advantage;
