About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support both customer service and warehouse/logistics operations. If you enjoy a dynamic role that combines client interaction with operational support, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Details:

Salary: $2400- $3000 (Depends on experiences)
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Alt Saturday)
Working Location: Clementi (West area)

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily warehouse activities and improve service efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high service standards.
Manage customer accounts through CRM and maintain proper documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve service issues quickly.
Handle monthly billing and customs/shipping documentation.
Continuously seek to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients where appropriate.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
With relevant working experiences is an added advantages
