To ensure that all customers are provided with high quality care and attention throughout the sales and service process so that each customer is fully satisfied with the service and attention received from Biomed.
- The key objective is to ensure that you assist the Marketing and Sales team to achieve the set sales and profit targets.
- Assist Application Managers / Business Managers / Business Executives to achieve and exceed the commercial objectives by providing specialized support and by driving improved product awareness and understanding.
- Provide feedback with information, system performance, competitors’ products, customers’ reactions, and effectiveness of sales promotions/arguments, etc.
- Be responsible for maintaining and supporting reference sites and key opinion leaders.
- Responsible for managing queries from internal and external customers pertaining to application issues.
- Develop/update instruction programs and training schedules.
- To coach and train customers and internal staff in the use of the products/systems.
- To provide trouble shooting/investigation whenever there is instrument system related issues
- Ensure that appropriate personnel such as Instrument Support, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance are kept fully informed of any site/system issues or required actions affecting customer satisfaction/utilization.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, or meetings to maintain a relevant level of clinical and professional competence.
- To keep abreast of product/market development using all practical tools such as the Internet, principals’ websites, etc.
- Organise user groups and seminars when required to do so.
- Monitor future industry and market trends to assist in business development.
- To assist in business development to build up and improve Principal portfolio in Biomed.
- Be part of the regional technical team to support the Group’s direction and objectives
- Maintaining user manuals and related manual from principal manufacturers
- Perform any related duties as required.
