Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine. As a chef in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu items while upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a wide range of Japanese dishes
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques related to Japanese cuisine.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a chef in a Japanese restaurant is preferred.
- Basic Food & Hygiene Certified.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
