Customer Service Officer (Automotive / Transport Operations)
Locations: Ubi Road/ Loyang DriveIndustry: Transportation & Storage (Automotive / Fleet Servicing Operations)
Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Rest Day: Sunday (5.5-day work week)
About the Role
Be part of a fast-paced transport servicing environment supporting fleet operations (including taxi and private hire vehicles). You will play a key role in coordinating service activities and ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience on the ground.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repair, and maintenance schedules
- Liaise closely with workshop teams to ensure timely job completion
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Escalate complex cases where necessary
- Maintain accurate records for servicing, warranty claims, and payments
- Support process improvements to enhance service efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or coordination roles
- Prior exposure to automotive, transport, logistics, or similar hands-on environments is advantageous
- Comfortable working in a workshop setting (non-corporate, may be dusty/noisy)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM systems
