Project Manager

Reports to: Head of AI & Innovations

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data integration projects, ensuring that ADEX remains a high-performance, secure hub for real-time data streaming and exchange.

• Platform Ownership: Act as the central point of contact for the ADEX platform, overseeing its roadmap, feature prioritization, and internal adoption.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate between data engineers, cloud architects, and business units to ensure technical requirements meet organizational goals.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of platform enhancements using Agile methodologies. Manage timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure all platform activities align with AData’s standards for data quality, security (ISO 27001), and privacy (GDPR) compliance.
• Change Management: Develop and implement training materials and documentation to help internal teams and clients maximize the value of the ADEX marketplace.
• Vendor & Client Management: Serve as the liaison for government or business partners utilizing the platform for asynchronous data transfers.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within data engineering, Cloud (AWS preferred), or SaaS environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data exchange protocols, event streaming (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub), and AWS ecosystems.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of asynchronous data exchange (ADEX) architectures and the "marketplace" model for data sharing.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business objectives for non-technical leadership.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
