Product Specialist/Manager, IVF
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Specialist/Manager with expertise in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical resource for our sales team and customers, providing product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support for our specialized portfolio of IVF instruments, media, consumables, and software solutions.This role requires an in-depth understanding of IVF laboratory workflows, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting embryologists and clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise & Support:
- Provide technical product expertise to customers on our entire IVF product line.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing customers (embryologists, lab directors, clinicians), both on-site and remotely.
- Product training will be provided.
- Sales Enablement:
- Develop and deliver technical selling capabilities in the IVF market.
- Assist in the development of targeted sales tools, marketing materials, and technical documentation specific to IVF products.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders, embryologists, clinicians, and laboratory managers in the IVF community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Reproductive Biology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of direct sales experience in relevant areas.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
