Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end retail campaigns across product launches, promotions, and in-store activations.
Develop localised, customer-centric marketing communications across various retail formats and channels.
Collaborate with design teams to produce impactful marketing collaterals (e.g. in-store visuals, digital assets, POSM) aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure consistent and seamless execution of integrated campaigns across all touchpoints.
Establish governance and audit frameworks to maintain high standards in campaign execution and visual merchandising (VM).
Analyse campaign performance using data and customer insights to optimise ROI and conversion.
Conceptualise and implement VM strategies to enhance in-store experience and drive sales.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistency and quality of execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align retail execution with overall strategy.
Work closely with designers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
Support strong on-ground execution through close collaboration with retail teams.

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or marketing communications.
Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Salary : S$4500.00 – S$6000.00
