Role Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering revenue growth in line with company targets. You will play a critical role in positioning our solutions to prospective clients, developing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the construction and manufacturing sector.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical consultants, product managers) to deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, IT, or construction technology solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Ability to build relationships quickly and manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
