Sales Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily functions
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track orders and deliveries
  • Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and filing systems
  • Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and follow up on sales inquiries

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities

Customer Service Officer/ Front Desk Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain schedules, records, and office documentation.
  • Assist with daily office operations and coordinate with other departments.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/office environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education; diploma/degree is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
