Technical Support Engineer (AIDC)

Our Client:

• AIDC & System Integration
• Mon – Fri, Office Hours
• Ubi
• Basic up $4000 + AWS

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Perform installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
• Liaise with vendors for escalation and resolution of complex technical issues
• Conduct product training, demonstrations, and handle internal product repair and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, IT or relevant discipline
• Min 4 year of hands-on technical support and field servicing experience
