Founded in Singapore in 2010, Project Dignity Pte Ltd (“PD”) is a multi-award-winning social enterprise, registered with RaISE Singapore, that champions social empowerment through vocation and passion for food. PD has pioneered training techniques to train and educate People with Disabilities (“PWD”) to be Food and Beverage (“F&B”) and service professionals who will be placed with external employers and within PD itself, led by a team of experienced in-house professionals capable of catering to the unique requirements of different PWDs and projects.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance & HR Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and supporting HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Finance- Handling accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, reporting, month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of all financial data.
- Assist to prepare GST and Tax reporting.
- To liaise with external stakeholders e.g. banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and external vendors/contractors.
- Support in audit preparation and other Accounting/financial tasks as required.
- Assist in monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation.
- Support HR operations.
- Maintain HR records and company documentations.
- Provide general office administrative/HR support as required.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent accounting certification.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Able to keep a full set of account.
