Event Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and driven Event Coordinator to manage and host our Factory Tour and Workshop Events. This role involves end-to-end coordination of public and corporate events, ensuring smooth execution while delivering an engaging and memorable experience for all participants.

• Handle all public and corporate enquiries related to factory tours and workshop events
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and event execution
• Plan, manage and lead all aspects of the factory tour and workshop programs
• Work closely with Marketing to promote events and improve participation rates
• Host and facilitate factory tours and workshop sessions with confidence and professionalism
• Manage event calendar planning and creation of events on SISTIC
• Monitor event performance and continuously suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Food Science, Tourism, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, tourism, or customer engagement is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Comfortable interacting with the public, corporate clients, and diverse groups
• Passion for food experiences, workshops, or experiential marketing
• Willing to commit 6 days work week
