Duties:
- Provide advanced nursing care for patients with chronic, rehabilitation, or palliative needs.
- Act as senior nurse on shift, supervising junior nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Perform clinical assessments, care planning, and complex procedures (e.g. wound care, tube feeding).
- Coordinate care with doctors and allied health teams.
- Mentor and train junior staff; ensure competency standards.
- Support ward operations (rostering, workflow coordination).
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care.
- Assist in quality improvement and audits
