Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare monthly financial reports, and variance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, cost performance, and support working capital management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation models, including product costing and profitability analysis across markets.
• Support internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements in line with corporate and regional standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to analyze business performance and drive efficiency.
• Prepare management dashboards and KPI tracking to support timely, accurate leadership reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes through standardization, automation, and enhancement of reporting cycles.
• Handle adhoc tasks, special projects, and initiatives assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA preferred.
• Understanding of accounting principles and consolidation.
• 5–10 years of relevant accounting/FP&A experience, ideally in a regional or multinational setting.
• Exposure to cross functional, multi-cultural collaboration, particularly with sales teams, and financial management in Asia-Pacific.
• Strong analytical skills, business judgment, and confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Experience in management reporting, consultancy, and working with senior management/cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP experience / AI will be a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
