Talent Acquisition Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruiter Intern to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Collaborate with APAC team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
  • Learning and applying best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Assist in onboarding processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in majors such as but not limited to: Business, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology.
  • Strong interest in recruitment operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Comfortable using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
