What you'll do:
As a Relationship Manager International Clients, you will play an integral part in building lasting connections with high-net-worth individuals from the Greater China region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around understanding each client's unique financial aspirations through detailed consultations, providing them with timely market intelligence, and recommending suitable banking solutions.You will collaborate with experienced professionals to set ambitious yet achievable goals for client acquisition while participating in impactful marketing campaigns. By delivering attentive after-sales care and proactively managing retention strategies, you will ensure that every client feels valued.
- Conduct professional and consultative financial analysis sessions with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives, ensuring tailored solutions are provided.
- Foster and deepen long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals by offering regular updates on market trends and insights into local and international financial products.
- Collaborate closely with team managers to develop monthly plans aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets while focusing on new business development and client acquisition.
- Participate actively in marketing initiatives and promotional activities designed to attract new clients and enhance brand presence within target markets.
- Source individual prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Deliver efficient after-sales services that exceed client expectations, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement anti-attrition strategies to retain existing clients by addressing concerns promptly and providing ongoing support.
- Organise and conduct engaging sales presentations for groups, associations, companies, and other organisations to showcase product offerings.

- Demonstrated experience in wealth management or consumer banking with a strong grasp of core concepts, principles, processes or procedures relevant to the industry.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals within the Greater China market segment.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential as you will be supporting Chinese-speaking clients; additional language skills are advantageous.
- At least two years' experience in sales or relationship management roles within financial services or related sectors.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of consumer banking products such as treasury solutions, equities, funds, insurance products, and more.
- Ability to meet agreed individual sales targets consistently through effective planning and execution of business development strategies.
- Experience in sourcing new prospects via networking events, referrals from internal teams or external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A collaborative approach that fosters teamwork while maintaining sensitivity towards cultural nuances within international markets.
