Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Singapore factory, including production planning, organization, and team leadership to achieve targets in safety, production environment, product quality, cost control, and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations, while guaranteeing all products meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Apply experience in dietary supplement manufacturing and management, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP quality systems.
• Monitor and continuously improve processes for finished goods, inventory, and raw material control, proposing enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise and optimize production processes, analyzing and addressing process issues promptly to improve output and capacity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in the dietary supplement industry; experience in softgel OEM/ODM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production control processes and operational procedures, with the ability to analyze and resolve production issues.
• Familiarity with cost control, 5S workplace management, and production efficiency optimization.
• Excellent team leadership, organizational, and communication skills; capable of training and motivating staff to improve team performance.
• Highly responsible, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to a fast-paced production environment to ensure targets are met.
