Job Purpose

The Operations Admin Coordinator shall provide operational support to the Director of F&B and Culinary

Principal Accountabilities
  1. 1 Assist in guest enquiries on F&B reservations booking and enquiries via emails or phones
  2. 2 Inventory control and stock up of stationaries when required
  3. 3 Assist in collation of overtime sheets, checking and verifying weekly and monthly attendance for payroll
  4. 4 Attend F&B meetings
  5. 5 Assist in taking minutes of meeting
  6. 6 Work closely with chefs and casual labour staffs
  7. 7 Communicate and liaise with other department
  8. 8 Keep abreast of hotel promotions, F&B services and outlet
  9. 9 Provide administrative support to Director of F&B
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  1. 1 Relevant experience as a Food and Beverage Coordinator
  2. 2 Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
  3. 3 Excellent customer service and communication skills
  4. 4 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  5. 5 Attention to detail and accuracy
  6. 6 Great coordination and communication skills
  7. 7 Resourceful in resolving challenging situations
Physical Requirements of the job
  1. 1 Long working hours, working during holidays, and covering different shifts(Weekends)
