Contract duration: 6 + 6 months (renewable)

Location Central

Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Analyse and develop user stories, use cases, business requirements and related documentation
Provide technical support to address queries and issues related to an application system
Coordinate with different stakeholders to raise and track incidents for a speedy resolution
Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures and solutions
Perform quality assurance activities, including UAT testing for defect fixes and new features
Identify areas for process improvement and propose enhancements to prevent recurring issues

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma
At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
Analytical and Meticulous approach
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Occasional overtime may be needed
