Project Engineer - Pioneer | Office Hours | ? Up to $4,900/month | Entry Level

Looking to build hands-on experience in engineering project management within a global manufacturing environment? This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established fragrance and beauty manufacturing facility, where you’ll support end-to-end execution of engineering upgrades and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation on site.

What You’ll Do: As a Project Engineer, you'll take ownership of managing and coordinating a portfolio of engineering projects. From feasibility and planning to commissioning and handover, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project meetings with both internal teams and external vendors
• Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and review technical specifications and ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards
• Liaise with procurement on vendor contracts and perform technical bid evaluations
• Oversee site work, ensure safety permits are issued/closed, and monitor contractor activities
• Maintain accurate documentation from design to project close-out
• Support internal audits and maintain up-to-date site drawings and records

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in project work—ideally in electrical, instrumentation, or automation engineering
• Experience in chemicals/petrochemical/manufacturing environments preferred
• Familiar with SAP (Project Module), AutoCAD, and MS Project
• Working knowledge of GMP and EHS requirements is advantageous
