About the role
Best Housekeeper Pte Ltd is an established maid agency in Singapore accredited by both Philippines and Indonesia embassy. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Orchard Central Region. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and converting new sales opportunities.
What you'll be doing- Proactively reach out to potential customers, build relationships, and identify their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the sales process
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customers' requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the sales or services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
- Passion for achieving sales targets and a drive to exceed expectations
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
