Geylang - Field Service Engineer

Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Central (walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of water analyzers on-site and in-house.
- Repair and calibrate water analyzer equipment as required.
- Prepare and manage service-related documentation (quotations, service reports, calibration certificates).
- Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
- Manage and track service spare parts, tools, and inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service activities.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with equipment trials, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and deliver high service standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service Engineering support
