We are seeking a enthusiastic Part-time Clinic/Dental Staff representative to join our team based in the Central Region. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced customer service environment on a part-time basis.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers.
Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Updating and maintaining customer records and information in our systems
Escalating complex matters to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
Contributing to a positive team environment and continuous improvement of customer service processes

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
