Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests across various sections, ensuring accurate and timely results to support clinical diagnosis.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory, reporting any issues or shortages to the section manager.
• Review daily quality control results and participate in regulatory and proficiency testing programs.
• Support training of new staff and contribute to continuous professional development activities.
• Assist with shift duties, uphold cleanliness and organization in the lab, and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent.
• Recognised Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior clinical experience in the Microbiology will be advantageous.
• Possess good analytical skills and work well under pressure.
