QC Inspector (Kranji)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out continuous in-process quality control checks on the warehouse floor (e.g., crate inspections).
2. Use measuring tools, test equipment, and checklists during inspections and testing.
3. Maintain proper documentation or records of inspections (if applicable).
4. Assist with general quality assurance activities as required.
5. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure finished goods meet the drawing specifications laid down by Customers.
2. Conduct quality inspection for In-coming and Out-going delivery, to ensure they conform to specifications.
3. Perform dimensional, functional or other tests using specified measuring, test equipment or checklists.
4. Monitoring and fulfilling the scheduled delivery.
5. Identify and isolate any defective products, report and highlight variances/defects to Quality Control supervisor.
6. Continuous in-process QC check on warehouse floor of crates.
7. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. Minimum secondary education or relevant technical certification in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing/warehouse environment is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of quality control processes, inspection standards, and testing methods.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
5. Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
6. Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
7. Able to identify defects and report issues accurately and promptly.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
9. Physically fit and able to work on the warehouse floor.
10. Willing to perform shift or overtime when required.

Working Hour:

7:45am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
