Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to expand the company’s presence across Asia-Pacific markets

Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, aesthetic clinics, and medical product retailers

Lead regional business development initiatives and explore new market opportunities

Manage and grow key regional accounts and maintain strong long-term client relationships

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities

Lead negotiations for distribution agreements, pricing strategies, and commercial contracts

Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and supply chain to support regional sales initiatives

Monitor market trends and regulatory developments within the beauty and medical aesthetics industry

Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and regional growth strategies to senior management

Represent the company at regional trade exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in regional sales management or international business development, preferably within the beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, healthcare products, or wholesale trade industries

Demonstrated experience managing regional distributor networks or cross-border commercial partnerships within Asia-Pacific markets

Proven ability to develop regional market entry strategies and manage key international client accounts

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong customer-service skills and ability to build long-term commercial relationships

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Willingness to travel internationally for business development and distributor management when required

Required to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary to support business operations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
